ExperienceEach year the Guilty Pleasures Stage Show performs hundreds of audience-participation driven scenes for the attendees of DRAUMA. Those who volunteer to be consenting and active participants in sadomasochistic activities, as a part of the performance experience, have an opportunity to learn about various kinky forms of play. The stage show started out as a live and interactive BDSM performance at a Goth industrial night club located in Columbus, Ohio known as Outland, and is purely volunteer driven. To fulfill the show’s core value that “an educated community is a safer community,” the volunteers serve as resources and mentors to promote active-consent based communication and opportunities to share knowledge with other explores of kink activities.

Professional Body Piercer / Suspension ArtistJavi was born in New York but grew up in Uruguay. At the ripe age of eight, he made his first contact with the world of body modification. He began his career as a body piercer in Uruguay’s first ever professional body piercing studio, Luces y Sombras, where he worked for ten years. There, Javi and his friend/mentor, Emi Lacoste, brought piercing to the highest standards within the industry. Javi is the first Uruguayan member of the APP, LBP, and APPBr and actively attends their conferences and seminars to continue broadening his knowledge. He especially enjoys symmetrical piercings and ear curations. After several years of researching body suspensions, Javi had the great honor of suspending himself for the first time in 2014 with La Negra in Argentina. After that moment he continued researching and trying to learn how to facilitate suspensions. In 2023 he started to be in charge of the evolved suspension team for the TRAUMA and DRAUMA parties. Javi studied art for five years and loves to paint. He also enjoys travelling, meeting new people, and exploring other tattoo and piercing studios.

DJFaye Waye, known professionally as DJ Faye Waye, is an African American native of Western Kentucky. She began her Disc jockey career officially in 2017. Versatility, creativity, and flexibility when spinning are perfect words to describe some of the talents of DJ Faye Waye. While she has a true love for music within all genres she is best known for intensifying hip hop beats, to glorifying the beautiful sounds of R&B, and back to the progressive electro-house Pop music we love today. She is represented by her own company Melanated Divine Nation.

Since 2013, he has been creating electronic music and performing at music festivals, local events and ecstatic dance gatherings, with a focus on ambient meditative music and experimental bass. His Dj sets seamlessly weave together soulful electronic elements, ranging from heavy hitting bass to lush soundscapes. He enjoys exploring different genres, occasionally incorporating psytrance or unexpected modern tracks and even reimagining classic songs to create a unique sound journey. Through his music , Onetree aims to craft am emotional connection, providing a space for listeners to explore themselves deeply.

He has been involved with TRAUMA and DRAUMA for many years as a performer and facilitator. For DRAUMA this year, Jon is debuting a new performance concept called The Rope Salon. The Rope Salon will host a series of intimate performances focused on the Japanese art of tying people with rope (often called shibari or kinbaku). Each performance will be completely unique, unscripted, and unrehearsed, emerging spontaneously out of the connection between the performers and the energetic container of the audience. Seating will be limited. The nightly schedule will be posted at the venue and on Instagram at @jonkediart.
